Sustainable Gastronomy is a multi-disciplinary programme aiming to develop the student’s understanding of the socio-cultural, environmental and economical sustainability in the food system and related business. The issues are discussed both on local and global level, focusing on enhancing both individual and organisational sustainable choices. Courses selected according to personal study plan. |
