    Upon completion of this course you will be able to
- employ theoretical and conceptual knowledge to identify and analyze sport business problems in global contexts.
- interpret and analyse complex sport business issues from multiple perspectives and critically review academic literature and relevant sources of law
- apply general principles of rule of law for sport business operations
    - Application of liability and safety in sport
- Concepts of intentional and unintentional tort law from the perspective of participants, governing body/referee, spectator/occupier:
- Employ criminal law liability to explain consequences caused by injuries both on and off-field
- Application of contract law principles
- Commercial regulation of image rights and intellectual property
- Antitrust and employment issues
    Course is a hybrid on-campus and online study entity. It combines face-to-face and distance learning methods where students participate in lectures (online or physical), workshops and other study activities. On-campus studies are organized as intensive 3 day period.
