    Sustainable Gastronomy is a multi-disciplinary programme aiming to develop the student’s understanding of the socio-cultural, environmental and economical sustainability in the food system and related business. The issues are discussed both on local and global level, focusing on enhancing both individual and organisational sustainable choices.
