Goal
    The student understands the principles of strategic thinking and is aware of different schools of strategic management. The student realizes the importance of strategy as a tool to develop the organization. The student knows the various stages of the strategy process and uses the techniques of strategy formulation. The course prepares the student to make strategic analysis and formulate good strategies.
