Goal
    The world has become global in every corner. Most business teams are already multicultural, highly virtual, and permanently 'reset' through M&As, partnerships, alliances and outsourcing agreements. And there is no way back.

However, management tools are seriously falling behind, preparing fragmented 'half-made' leaders. They educate for 'managing change', instead of for 'living with ongoing change'. They focus on 'managing cultural differences' instead of on 'becoming a lifetime multicultural team leader'. They present 'particularities' of leading virtual teams, when the only 'particularities' will soon be the disgraces of the outdated teams who do not jump virtual fast enough.

The elements of multiculturalism, ongoing team restructuring, virtual management, and change, are inseparable. Virtual is multicultural, as much as it is 'change-ready', or else is disaster. The rest is baby-boomers nostalgia.

This course aims to fulfill that gap. The course sections will be presented in a completely new perspective: flexible, adaptable, modern and integrated, in order to build the fully fledged global leaders that current businesses require.
