Goal
    Student understands the broad definition of Food Tourism as part of cultural tourism, both on local and global level.
Student is familiar with the current tourism trends and is able to to design an experience product related to food.
Student knows the meaning of terroir and authenticity in food tourism.
Student can position Finland in food tourism and understand the factors to be taken into account when planning a food tourism product.
