Tavoite
    The student understands the role of different e-services as part of the customer’s service experience/path
The student recognizes the opportunities offered by e-services for business in the sector they have opted to focus on.
The student has a basic knowledge of the production process and user-centered design of electronic services.
Sisältö
    E-services and technologies
Different roles as an element of business.
The basics of user-centered design.
Analytical evaluation of existing e-services.
Toteutus
    The primary modes of delivery are face-to-face learning and virtual learning (e.g. virtual collaboration and virtual studies). If available on the time of the course delivery, applicable MOOC courses may be embedded to the course.

Project work, group works practical hands on workshops and lectures.
